Knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Scott purchased a tool/part he required to complete the job. He did not finish until 7:00 p.m. Had to be a long day for him, but we certainly appreciated having hot water. Both John and I were very pleased with his service and should the occasion present itself, we would be happy for Scott appear at our doorstep. Thanks, Scott.
