Let me be very frank, when I passed out from Mumbai University as Software Engineer, I didn't even know proper concept of Class and object which are the fundamentals of object oriented programming languages like Java in which I wanted to be a professional. Did a lot of Job hunt with no knowledge as every fresher does with hope some or the other company will hire us. After knowing we are hitting in the dark, along with friends we started hunting for good institute which will gives us practical and industry level knowledge in Java.

So we all joined Prognoz Technologies as they have Software Developers providing Training on respective technologies.For freshers its not just your technical knowledge that will get you through, you need be good at Aptitude, soft skills, Communication, Interpersonal skills and many other skills I don't recollect now. Thanks to Prognoz they helped me in all the above mentioned skills and getting me good at them. Training sessions include a balance of both Theory and practicals along with small projects in between and a final live project which helped a lot in gaining hands on experience.

They planned the course systematically and strategically and had all round perspective about how they can bring the best out of their candidates so companies can hire them. Every alternate days there were Tests on Aptitude and Technical Concepts which groomed us a lot. We were so used to them that we knew the answers to more than half of technical questions when we went for a technical round at any company. They even taught us how to do marketing of our knowledge properly.

We joined them as amateurs with a clean slate and came out as industry ready professionals.

They asked for some suggestions which we provided and they spent no time in implementing them.

The thing I liked the most is that(and I am not kidding) they provide life time career support to you. I have taken opportunity of this privilege they provide us. Unfortunately, A start up company I joined closed its business and I approached Prognoz, they whole-hearted helped me and placed in another software company withing a span of 2 weeks(That's how awesome they are.)

In the end I want to express my gratitude to whole Prognoz team for making us what we are today and being there in our professional lives.
