It s been years since I rented from Holloway and Associates. The review is better late than never.

We were accused of painting the upper half of the walls in one room and our deposit was kept on that basis. Not only would we never paint the inside of a rental home, we would never spend our own money on repairing a rental house.

We hired a company to come in and cleaned and made sure that their move our checklist was completed to the finest details. They still kept our deposit money and accused of us leaving areas dirty that were absolutely clean.

Since then, I have spoken with several previous tenants and they have all confirmed a similar experience with this company.
