At the time of this review, I've only been to the Mandarin for it's restaurant, Muze. I can say the general atmosphere of the hotel was very nice though. The doormen showed me right to the restaurant when I told them I was there for a dinner reservation. The service was exceptional. I was greeted at my table by a waiter who addressed me by name (as I had made an online reservation through OpenTable). We also got an interesting amuse bouche from the chef before our appetizer. My date and I opted for pretty standard dishes split across the East and the West (Main Lobster XO and Filet Mignon, our own surf and turf if you will). Honestly, it was one of the better steaks I've had in my life. I would definitely come here again.
