Admin staff are respectful, but couldn't look less interested in helping anyone. The doctors spend more time wrestling with the slow computer system than helping patients, and the nurses, who are the backbone of the clinic seem perpetually exhausted. The wait time for lab work is ridiculous; expect a 1-3 wait for a blood draw. When calling, I have been on hold for over an hour, if anyone picks up at all. Appointments usually take 4-12 weeks. If you need urgent care, walk-in waits can be 6-10 hours.
