I would hire people who live close by and who actually want to work regardless if he or she has any experience in the business of manufacturing because I actually have a heart. Training new people isn't hard. Plus it would help the locals in the area of nokomis but that's just my opinion. My whole interview process was the most unorganized process I've ever been to. Too many days went by just for a 2 day interview by two different members of management just to call them another day after to find out "we're not sure what's going on with your interview" the manager was supposed to call me back an never did. Thanks for wasting my time and the companys "unprofessional" Your company's loss finding a dedicated and loyal hard worker like me. There's not a job in this world I can't learn how to do. Thanks for the good laugh though and a good review. "This happened about a year ago".
