Went in to get blood work done, a simple thing right, well; I was there for over an hour, but that I can put aside, it's when I met the phlebotomist, she treated me like a dog, (Sit, hold, press) I said to her you are very robotic she said "thank you"

I recently had a procedure done at Los Alamitos medical center and I must say the difference is night and day. The staff there are welcoming, personal and caring. LBMC needs to do some serious training or rehire caring staff. It's bad enough we are at a hospital and to be treated so horrible It's ashamed.
