POOR customer service!!!!

POOR customer service!!!!
No phone number, only email. Guess who controls what happens, how and when?
If they can hold your money for a few days, they can make a handsome interest amount; imagine if they held it for weeks or even more than a month; imagine if every time you tried to get them to release it (after you had to discover they were holding it), they told you how you as the customer could fix it but the "how" was a different "how" each time; imagine if the "how" continued to require more and more action on your part, going from just changing something in your profile, to emailing them the same info, to reading their help articles online to getting letters signed by your CEO, COO and Board of directors; imagine if they just never released it constantly claiming one thing or another...sounds crazy?! It's not, it actually what happened. Clearly, the support staff are unmanaged and free to do they'd like and clearly the company has renegades working for it that shield these issues from ever getting to the leadership.
Do yourself and your company a favor- DO NOT hire Stripe. There are SO MANY companies out there who compete and do better and who you can actually get a hold of; who WANT to provide good service and who actually manage their staff; who, if there's an issue, there is a clear path to correcting that issue and leadership levels to go to.
Stripe may have some people's money but they just lost 6 different organizations' business- were barring any of our companies or affiliates from working with Stripe indefinitely.
