Stay here on Christmas night. The check in experience was terrible. The agent at front desk who assist check in is not helpful at all. No greeting, and has a bad attitude. No explanations how to use those vouchers (part of destination fee) but just throw it to you. As a gold member of Marriott for many years, there is no recognition at this hotel at all. In the past when I wait Marriott hotel (even the other Marriott hotel in Niagara Falls region) they will have warm greeting from the hotel and offer you late check out). You need to ask for late check out in here. No room upgrade or even a room with a good view is provided. The junior suite that I booked and stayed has a terrible view and view partially blocked by an exterior wall. The room is not clean. The jacuzzi tub has human hairs. I need to sanitize myself multiple time in order to use it. There are also garages (food packages) left in the tea/coffee box, and the box is also dirty. I would highly not recommend this hotel to stay at Niagara region.
