My first time going to the new emergency room yest...

My first time going to the new emergency room yesterday with my daughter. We drove almost an hour to go to this facility. Very disappointing and the worse doctor by far my daughter has ever had encounters with. He was very rude and kept wanting to push us out every chance he had without helping her. He constantly made her feel like she was just lying and wasting his time. He did no bloodwork (even after an iv was ordered for a ct) and she still left there as sick as she was when we arrived. We left there with the same questions we went in with and came home with no help. Again, very disappointing when we used to think highly of New Hanover!
