They get one star because that is the lowest rating allowed to be given. If it were possible I would give 0 or negative stars. The staff here is a revolving door. One of the med managers swore that a medical condition could not have been caused by a medication I was taking. As soon as I stopped taking said medication the condition went away. Was lied to and told that none of the medications I was taking caused weight gain only to later find out that all the medications I was on caused weight gain. In the span of one year I ended up having three different counselors. Was constantly asked by medical assistant to the med manager after arriving for an appointment to come back another time for an appointment because they were running behind, half of rescheduled appointments had to be rescheduled. Never knew from one week to the next who my case manager was. Never once did the person assigned for PSR/CBRS actually know what they should be as a job. If considering services here I would highly recommend looking else where unless you like constant change every few appointments.
