Horrible customer service, I still haven't receive...

Horrible customer service, I still haven't received a promised part to fix a bad engineering design. Their problem caused me a problem. Unfortunately I had to give 1 star to leave a review, it should be - 3 stars. I'm so happy they support the sport, I just wish they would support their customers that allow them to do that.
