The bowling is R50 per person for 10 rounds. You get two throws a round, unless you get a strike then it is only one throw. Except for the last round. Then you get an extra throw or is supposed to as the guy told us. They don't tell you immediately how the game works. They place you on a waiting list and say they will call you when your time comes. Only one lane works April 2019. We went to eat while waiting, but they never called. Since we came specifically for the bowling we decided to wait a bit longer and play anyway. Horrible experience. The music is unbearably loud and better suited to a club or even a shebeen. They won't turn it down or change it. The score board does not work. This is when they tell us, we will only know afterwards what our score is. You also don't know whose turn it is, when you have an extra round or how many rounds you have left this way during the game. I realised this afterwards when their scoring system did not add up correctly based on my first round when I got a strike. During the game the lane glitched constantly. When the lane reset after a turn it would knock some pins of again and reset again, it did so up to three times a round. The person playing did not consistently get their two turns. We complained, the guy working the counter was unhelpful. During the game another family came and started to interfere in our game. Picking up balls and walking in front of the person who was about to throw. Immediately after we are told by the guy working there that our time was up. I'm certain we did not get our ten rounds. Before we began playing I suggested they should at least have score cards. Again this was met by disrespect. We also asked that someone look at the female toilets, because they have pee over the floors and on the toilet seats. The guy working there had an I don't care attitude. Windmill casino, Bloem, your tenpin bowling alley sucks. Take constructive criticism for what it is. Otherwise close down.
