Recently went home on leave with intentions of buying a car. I only had a few days to purchase a car and head back upstate. I end up buying a 2012 Toyota RAV4 from Bruce at this dealership. I was informed that every vehicle on the lot was put through a thorough full inspection and had been serviced before selling the vehicle. After purchasing the vehicle on the way driving upstate it started pouring on the highway which is when I noticed the wipers on the vehicle we're not working properly. Less than a week of having the car the required maintenance light showed up. After getting the car fixed I contacted Bruce the dealer who sold me the car and told him about the issues I was having and he stated he was going to talk to the manager to try to get a reimbursement since I shouldn't have had to pay for the work that was done to the car. After hours of waiting for Bruce a call back with no word from him I took upon myself to call the dealership to try to see what the status of everything was since I felt that the service and inspection that was done on the car wasn't fully done cuz I shouldn't have had the issues I was having with the car this early in. I still haven't heard from the salesman Bruce or that dealership . If you were to go thwre PLEASE insure that they are not lying to you. They were quick to take your money !!!!
