Guest service was the worst I have experienced anywhere, ever!
I had two encounters with Denisha at the front desk and she was the worst hotel employee I have ever experienced in my decades of national and international travel,

I found her inhospitable, insincere, arrogant, and dishonest.

Robert (Front Office Supervisor) did a great job of turning a disastrous guest experience around but unfortunately too much damage had already been done by Denisha for me to recommend this property.
