Jeff Conley, the best human on the planet, delivered the product (3 pull up banners) we asked for... quicker than I expected. Afterwards, he discovered a way to make our product even better and volunteered to come get the banners and swap them out for better hardware. He didn't need to do that since what he originally delivered was already good enough... but after the hardware swap they are even better. There's no reason to use anybody else in town. I've tried. Got the gray hair to prove it. Stick with these guys (especially Jeff) and you'll be so happy you won't be able to stand it!
