I am an Ops Mgr in a call center and the agents that answer these calls sound like they are bothered by your calling in. The fees that someone must pay in order to talk to a loved on is RIDICULOUS!!!! The is highway robbery. I would love to know how much of these fees are really government fees and not just fees paid to this service.
