RMG is making my life a living nightmare. I have never met a group of such incompetent individuals in my life. There is no accountability with this organisation, I have sent them over 20 emails on the same subject and I m in exactly the same place I was two months ago . Maybe if I m lucky a kind soul from their Customer Service Team will post on here and pretend they actually do anything. The reality is my issue is still outstanding from the 25/11/17, calls/emails are ignored, incorrect information is supplied and they bend the rules of their own complaints procedure. They literally take your money and sit on their backsides and do nothing. Trying to get them to do anything is becoming a full time job. Zero stars, a complete racket. They need to be shut down.
