As a parent of young children I appreciate all the care that goes into making things kid friendly. Starting off with a pool that is actually warm enough for kids to spend time in. That alone is amazing. Then they top it off by providing Puddle Jumpers, and pool floats along with an endless supply of towels. It doesn t end there. S mores on the beach (towels, chairs, and blankets provided), warm water wash off spot, movies and popcorn for our rooms, lanterns for evening beach walks, a snack shack... they made it easy for us.
When we returned home I received a phone call because we accidentally left shoes in the room. This isn t the first time we ve left something at a hotel, but this is certainly the first time a hotel has called to arrange to get our belongings back to us. Customer service was top notch the entire time. My only complaint is that the rooms are not air conditioned, but even then they provide enough fans to cool the room off in the evenings.
They re doing it right!!
