I am a CUSTOMER of Nelson Northwest Alaska INC and I must say that their service is average. The website nelsonnwalaska.com provides all the necessary information and it is easy to navigate. However, I had a few issues with the customer support. They were not very responsive and it took them a while to resolve my queries. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
