Their service advisers are ok if you can get a hold of them. This service department is regularly understaffed and overbooked. I took my car in to have it looked at and it came back with scrapes on the bumpers. The manager was nice enough to have it repainted for free, but after they took it back it took over a week of calling them every day to get them to tell me where my car was or if it was ready to be picked up or not.

Also one of the SAs told me they wouldn't check my alignment under warranty after replacing a ball joint in the front suspension. Alignment needs to be checked and corrected after any work is done on the suspension.
