Very attentive staff. Rooms are big and comfortable. Bathroom is also huge. I like the smart TV setup where you can stream your own content from your iPhone or Android phone. Also love the Japanese toilet equipped with heated seat, auto cover lift, bidet and dryer. But housekeeping needs improvement... one of the staff removed the hotel slippers but forgot to leave new ones. Hotel parking traffic flow also needs to be improved... have to park at level B4 (lowest level) but to get there need to drive the long way round and round of each floor.
