Very disappointed at this point in BMW. I have taken my car there several times for services since I purchased my vehicle November 2014. In March 2015, I purchased 4 brand new tires (at least I thought they were new) purchase price of approximately $1800. Now here it is December 2015 and my two front tires are completely worn and the mesh can be seen. Spoke with a representative at bmw and was told that, because there wasn't a tire and wheel warranty purchase when I bought my vehicle, I could not get an exchange or any type of refund for tires that were bought less than 9 months ago. Come to find out the tires that were placed on my car were actually manufactured in 2009 (both rear) and 2011 (fronts). So this leads me to the conclusion that the tired were dry rot before being put on my vehicle. So now I'm out of nearly $1800 and at another tire vendor trying to get new tires
