They weren't overly communicative with me while my car was in the shop--I had to call them multiple times throughout to get the information, but they were kind, serviceable, and honest. They fixed issues that another Tim Dahle Nissan had specifically told me were not a problem. They informed me of warranty coverage and were upfront with everything. They fixed what two other shops didn't find.
