Review of Escao IT

very bad. To avoid!

very bad. To avoid!
We bought our stairs at ESCAO through CLEAU in December 2018
Escao did not realize that poor grading on hopper in works and not over finished hopper.
the staircase had to be taken again for the first time in March 2019 (after an attempt to force us a change of design to cover the errors ..)
It was introduced in the finished hopper in April 2019, where again major misalignment errors were noted (and damage to the central silt, which did not seem to bother ESCAO to ask ..)
The staircase was finally presented to the pose on 5/7/2019 last.
The team and the setters did a pig job while trying to blame everything that came up. (As the saying goes, a bad worker always has bad tools).

some factual examples:
- The attached photos show the degree of finish with which Escao installs its stairs.
- The stairs that we bought is still not on the odds after 2 shots and 2 retouches.
- The staircase was laid with a 70mm clearance between the last step and the threshold of the floor! (photo) giving the opportunity to stumble before going down the stairs while driving,
- The steps are not level
- The iron supports of the stairs are not level
- The central stringer is delivered with saws in the irons, at eye level.

So I open a dispute ... if you are looking for a staircase, look elsewhere ...
