Great Hotel, family friendly, attentive, kind, kid friendly, and great hospitality. We booked 4 rooms and a friend booked 1 extra room for my daughter's 15th bday. The teens couldn't stop talking about how nice the pool staff and waiters at the Shore were to them. They were all happy with the stay, and the staff. I recommend this place to big groups of fam and friends. The restaurant Shore was so attentive, kind, and helpful with my huge group of 20 for our late dinner. The front desk was helpful, amd informative. The drinks were great and the bonfire was so fun and fantastic. We hung out 2 nights at the bonfire and were so pleased with our large group. I highly recommend The Hyatt Regency in NPB to everyone!
