Had an appointment arrived 10 minutes early after ...

Had an appointment arrived 10 minutes early after waiting 45 minutes asked if I was next....people were being called up with later appointments, I was told I was next and 20 minutes later still other people were called. Got up and left. I was not the only one this happened to. Terrible will never buy an Apple product again
