I chose the hotel because it is close to the bus station and the Mercado Municipal. I had problems with the booking site on which the first reservation I made was canceled and I had to make another one with a more expensive value. Arriving I found the beautiful facade and already made the chek in, it did not take long. I found the receptionists very serious, very different from another experience I had at another hotel in the city in which the receptionist was very friendly and guided us with some doubts. I had to put on a shirt and the receptionist advised me where I could do the job. Arriving in the room I found the same room, only the bathroom which I found very bad. The granite floor looked very old, it smelled musty and tight. Only the counter appeared to be "new." I had no problems with noise at night because my room was at the back. The TV service that the hotel provides is very precarious, only a few TV channels with a very bad signal. The bed was not very comfortable, it had a hole in the middle and I had the impression that there were actually two single beds pushed together rather than a double bed. The air conditioning was working normally. I found the coffee very weak ... I have no habit of eating many things in the morning, so I thought the varieties of breads and cakes could be larger. One very disappointing thing was to see the jellies, sweets and butter spread on the counter where everyone was getting. The correct thing for a hotel is to offer these products in individual packages. In short, I believe there are other hotels in the city for the same price and they might be a bit better.
