We are still here. Made reservations for June 1-June 7. My 80 yr old mom and I came here for a memorial in honor of my moms sister life. She passed away June 1 2016. This has been the worst HYATT we've stayed at. First they put us in a room overtop of a concrete building Surf Style. They told us they were full and would change us to Gulf Front Sunday. It's only gotten worse!!!!! We awoke Saturday to a loud alarm and a man telling us to leave by the nearest exit. Do not use elevators. Have you ever had to help an eighty year old down NINE flights of stairs to find out it was a drill. Still in room 931 and miserable.
