I was awarded $32,500. For my car accident. I was lucky to receive $7,000. From my attorneys. If I would have gone to the doctor appointments like I was encouraged to do so, I would have owed my attorneys money. They only met me twice. Once for the deposition, and once for the legal mediation. My attorney during the mediation was very quiet. The so-called impartial mediator told me I looked to good, physically fit to be awarded anything. I had to argue my case and I felt like I was the only one there familiar with my case and had to refresh their memories. I was awarded $32,500. I owed a couple thousand to the ambulance company. One doctors appointment which was recommended by my original attorney sweet James Bergerner was $500, For a 10 minute exam after they made me wait for 4 hours. The only reason they saw me after the 4 hour wait is because I told them I was leaving and that they were very unprofessional for making me wait so long. I told my attorneys all I wanted was to be reimbursed for my car. They took more than a third of the money. I am the dumb one that signed the papers to allow czr to take over my case. So if you think they are representing you so you can be awarded money for your case, you re in for a big surprise. Luckily I only went to one doctors appointment or I would have owed money after the settlement. In my opinion, I think they are frauds. I was awarded $32,500. And emailed them numerous times before they finally replied and sent me the small amount of $7,000. It s legal because I signed the papers and they controlled the money, but it is soooo wrong. Good luck people. Pay attention to what you sign. You re doing this for them, not you. Think really seriously if it s worth the trouble. I m just relieved that I didn t go to the doctors appointments and that I recovered totally because otherwise I would have owed these attorneys for doing nothing.
