Used to be a good dealership, but has definitely gone downhill and lost my business. My mom went in to turn a lease in and get another one and they took advantage of her not knowing and did not even mention that she would be receiving a bill in the mail for almost $2,000 for having different wheels and tires on the truck (more expensive wheels and tires at that). They either need to get more educated on the lease turn in process or stop taking advantage of unknowing people. Well worth the little longer drive to go to Scott Clark s Toyota in Charlotte. They re a lot more educated on these matters. Will never recommend Mike Johnson s again I ll tell people to run away as fast as possible.
