I've been here a couple of times now and I buy the same product every time, I usually get the Smokiez edibles sour apple gummies and I take them to help me with crushing panic disorder. Usually I take 1 gummy, and within 30-45 minutes I start to feel it in my system with the maximum effect hitting me in about 2 hours (as suggested on the package) and I'm usually very satisfied with how I feel after 1 dose. The last time I went here, a few days ago, they were out of the sour apple so I bought the regular apple. I've been taking them over the last few days and I have not felt like anything is happening at all. I called the store a few minutes ago and spoke to the manager, he kept insisting I try without eating beforehand, eating beforehand, try multiples of them at one time and says my tolerance may be going up, I repeatedly told him I've tried everything he is suggesting and I doubt that my tolerance is going up as I haven't been taking them for very long, maybe a few weeks to a month. But instead of offering a solution, we just kept going around and around him telling me to try different things and me saying I've already tried them and it's not helping me. He told me he hasn't had anyone else call about problems with the Smokiez edibles so I just have to keep trying what he suggested and hope it works out. I don't care if no one else has called about problems with a dud package, I JUST DID and my concerns were ignored. Another dispensary I've been to has flat out told me "If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, call us or come in and we will replace the product for you", yet I was not offered this at Dixon Wellness Collective. Very disappointing that instead of just offering to replace the product I purchased, I feel like I was being told it is MY fault the product I bought from them isn't working. I'm very disappointed and having worked in retail I can 100% tell you, if you offer to replace a product your customer says isnt working, it let's your customer know you're really listening to them and their concerns and letting them know that you take it seriously and want to bring them the best product possible, I feel like I was completely ignored by who I spoke to.
EDIT: I was looking at other reviews and I can see other customers notifying the store about problems with their product and the store offering to replace it for them. Now I'm more upset that I feel ignored and not taken seriously.
