A trading application where they freeze your accounts with no warning, don't contact you, then have a laughable call in centre where you wait on the line for well over an hour with no response. They obviously don't want to work for your business, so take it somewhere else where they will.

Locked out now for many days with no access. Every day the call centre is "experiencing above normal call volumes" with hour plus and still no answer. This is NORMAL not above normal. May have to drive to TO to get at some real people to fix this problem. Ridiculous!
