We are very happy with EMB management at this point after some growing pains when we changed management companies . The responsiveness and attentiveness of the account Manager makes all the difference in the world. If you can click with that person taking care of your property, they are responsive and gets the things done that you need, and also being proactive on issues, that is what a board needs in a property Manager.
