So far, so good. Carlo was very helpful and did a great job explaining my AC needs. Looks like I'll need a new one, but that's what I was expecting. Will update my review as we move through this process.

Edit: received a lower quote and went with it. It's been a nightmare. Don't know if Jon Wayne would have been better, but don't call Will Fix It!
