Mansplaining - I contacted them to discuss an ongoing issue with my reversing camera, and to explain the issue, outline my concerns with their support to their installer - every single time I spoke, the man on the phone interrupted me. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Seriously, look elsewhere if you think that companies should ACTUALLY LISTEN TO CUSTOMERS. When I called him on his constant interruptions, he called me a manhater and hung up. Way to deal with a customer who wanted to explain that maybe your installers need a clearer guide, or if some one else has the same issue, this might be the easy way to fix it. And manhater is so 1970s maaaate. As was your customer response. It's 2017. The installer was DDM Auto Electrics in Seaford. Stay away from both of them.
