This company needs to be shut down. I wish I would ve read these reviews before trusting them with my money.
I wish I could give zero stars.
-they have horrible customer service representatives
-if you speak to Javier, hang up. He laughed at me when I expressed my concerns to him and basically said he couldn t help me. Since I called to cancel that s what he was going to help me do and that he didn t want to add to my irritation. Which he did.
-I HOPE THE CEO OF THIS COMPANY READS THIS AND UNDERSTANDS THAT THIS COMPANY NEEDS BETTER CSR REPRESENTATIVES. I expressed to Mr. Javier that I am a customer experience manager for an advertising company and manage representatives like him and that he was handling the call horribly. He laughed. I don t hope a manager sees this. I hope the CEO does. I ve never been so angry in my entire life with a customer service representative. Javier did it for me.
-RUN FROM MULTISTATE. DONT WALK. RUN AWAY FROM THEM.
-I spent 29 minutes on the phone with them today and got nowhere. I was on hold half of the time and transferred to 3 different people.
-they have horrible communication
-they never told me when my payment was due and my policy was cancelled twice
