- no cleaning in the rooms (only the exchange of the basket and the addition of toilet paper, no beds made, towels changed, a whole room, exchanging glasses)
- no kettle in the room
- too little space for this number of guests in the restaurant
- some items need updating (cabinets for the pool, showers next to the saunas closed, playground, table tennis)
- playground for children - no windows, no mess, close to the exit, where employees smoke cigarettes, in the playroom they feel very cigarettes and you just can not sit down
- unused night club, which is a shame, because it has a nice potential, live music could be there
- a little cold water in the pool
- unfortunately very unpleasant bartender
