We drove about 4 hours out of our way to get here....

We drove about 4 hours out of our way to get here. It's amazing. Breathtaking and awe inspiring. Though, the website said to come in the evening if you want to avoid being burned by the hot sand. However, that leaves you no time to actually hike! Oh well! That was our fault. We had to walk about 20 minutes before you even start climbing the sand. We got there right as the sun was starting to set and a rain storm on the horizon. Probably would have enjoyed it more if we had better timing! Seriously though, to see this site from miles and miles away is amazing.
