Came here on NYE. I hope my 2018 doesn't go the way this party went.
1. - When booking tickets it said formal wear is encouraged, black, white silver or gold. Nobody really cared how people were dressed, there was an absolute mess crowd.
2. - Tickets said - you can't touch anyone without permission. So people were not only touching my butt but also punching each other because it was extremely overcrowded. When trying to find any worker for help - you could only see a dj. I went to the front and asked for help and they said - go find security which was impossible.
3. - No free drinks at the bar at midnight.
4. - No heated outdoors area as it was promised. It was 20 degrees outside and first we waited 30 min outside to enter place, then when I felt sick because it was overcrowded I went outside and there was no any heated area as promised.
5. - You couldn't get to the wardrobe to check your coat because there was unbelievable line and workers at the entry said - just carry your coats and don't even bother yourself to coat check because it will take you the whole night.
6. - Crowd was a mess. Many overdosed or drunk people falling on the floor.
7. - Promised 5 rooms to explore - instead there was 3 rooms, one coat check and one entry room with unbelievable number of people trying to check coats. Even restrooms were just toilets outside. That's "GRAND BALL". House of Yes doesn't care about it's visitors but more about making money. I felt like garbage at this event.
8. - Left one hour after I came and my NYE was wasted.
Never ever will I or my friends come here.
