We have purchased other vehicles (used) from Toyota of Tri-Cities in the past two years (both personal use and for work). With this being our first new vehicle purchase we took our time, utilized online price comparisons and made an informed decision before we finalized our purchase. The ToTC staff were professional, courteous, and patient as we went through the process. The financing process can sometimes be lengthy and cumbersome. We found the ToTC finance staff to be friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging throughout the process.
