I can't say enough about Shine. The first time I went to a class was for my "Mother's Day Bucket List Adventures" with my daughter and son-in-law in 2016. It is the most fun you can have working out and it is still a great challenge. The coaches are among the best in the world. Many are Cirque performers or world champions in their art. The classes are designed for everyone from complete novice to professional. So there is no excuse not to go. There are also enough diverse classes to choose from that you will never get bored. Just try a new class!
I highly suggest trying a class... or three. You won't regret it!
