We purchased Jumpside passes that were good for unlimited use of the Alpine Slide, tubing and zip-line...for 2 hours. We spent 40 mins just waiting in line for the Alpine Slide. The zip-line from start to finish took 1 hour. We were very frustrated as the "unlimited" 2 hours was spent waiting in line. They were not very efficient with getting people through the attractions. The chairlift moved at a snail's pace! They had four zip-line cables, but only used two. Randomly, you'd see four come down the Zip-line at a time. Why not do that always to move more people through? The Alpine slide was frustrating with people going down sporadically (every 20 minutes or so) at one moment and then a cluster the next. Maybe a punch pass or at least 4 hour unlimited would be more fair. We left feeling frustrated and disappointed. We didn't even bother with the museum.
