Hi! We had Waylin and David M come to our house today to install 9 windows in our 1940's house. Our old windows were aluminum, so they were very drafty, as well as wet and moldy, so I was very excited to get new ones. I have waited for a long time to get new windows, and I am not disappointed at all! Waylin called to give me a heads up before they showed up. That was unexpected, but very considerate of him. When they arrived, Waylin explained exactly what they were going to do and asked if I had any questions or concerns before they got started. He treated my home with he care and respect you would expect to see someone give their own home. Waylin ran into some unexpected problems, but solved them and made sure everything turned out perfect. When I say perfect, I mean I couldn't have asked for more from these two gentlemen. The attention to detail that Waylin gave our home was way more than I expected and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. The windows look awesome and I think it was well worth the money. If you buy windows from Renewal by Andersen, ask for Waylin. He is a one of a kind craftsman of the highest quality.
