I'm the sort of person who expects REAL customer service
when I plunk down my hard earned cash. In fact I'll bad-talk
a business for DECADES if they don't treat me professionally
and with courtesy. I must say, that Modesto Toyota has met
all my expectations and some.

I get my 2013 Camry serviced here now, and they do a superb job
in every way. The service advisors have all been great. I don't get
any run-around at all. They are friendly and always carefully explain
what they are doing. When they say my car should be ready in 3 hours
(I had a safety recall done today) .. it's done in 2.5 hours.

I ordered some parts at the parts counter (ran over a parking strip!)
and they translated my parts request perfectly on the first try..
very professional and friendly.

As for the facility itself, it's spacious with comfortable seating and a lot
of big TV's to help pass the time while waiting. The automatic coffee
machines for customers have good blends and are kept clean.. heck even
the rest room was spotless.

I have nothing but good things to say! If I could find one single flaw,
i'd be more than happy to mention it! I wish other businesses treated
me this way...
