Managers and staff are just great very friendly and helpful. Whenever you have an issue, response times are extremely fast, and any concerns are dealt with competently.

I really like that the company conducts regular equipment maintenance checks to keep your unit s heating/cooling/hot water, fire alarm system and appliances in top working order. Company management also makes sure buildings are kept clean and the plowing and waste removal services arrive on schedule.

Dirigo has a modern communication network in place that gives tenants multiple ways to contact the office. When I recently had a minor issue in our loft, a maintenance person arrived within hours - which was impressive considering I'd only made the appointment that same morning.

Overall, our experience with Dirigo Management Company has been terrific.
