David in customer service was very helpful, but JC Penney's who opened this account without proper explanation to me (The Account Holder!) managed to misrepresent where my money was going, gave an address that I used over five years ago (that I had to google research just to be able to access my account!!), and any distributions would have been sent to this wrong address, despite the fact that I somehow was getting junk mail from Millennium sent to my correct address. J C Penney's and Millennium are both clowns if you ask me. Lucky for me I ONLY had to pay $65.00 in fees to correct this mishandling that I had no say in. Next time I want to "save money for my future" I think I'll do better burying it under the shed in my backyard!
