We needed a roof replacement last summer and called about 4 different companies to get estimates. Although Gilpin was not the cheapest, they were not the most expensive either. From the moment we called to set up the estimate, we were impressed with how professional and straight forward they were. Steve, arrived for the estimate and gave us good information and also debunked information that other roofing companies gave us. A little research proved Steve true. The day of the install they arrived early, did an outstanding job and cleaned up well after themselves. We've been through more than a couple storms with wind gusts in the 50's &60'S since the install and the roof has held up without a problem and still looks like it was just installed. I'm not prone to writing reviews unless I find a company that goes above and beyond in service and product. Gilpin is one of those companies. Highly recommended.
