Drove here from Pittsburgh. This is a beautiful place to stay. Gorgeous views. Clean comfortable room (we had a double king). Very helpful courteous staff - front desk to housekeeping to restaurants. Super indoor pool. Family friendly away from the hub-nun below (trolley will take you down if you like, so you don't need to park).
Close to Dollywood and the National Park (what a natural wonder).
Only wish they had a table and chairs instead of a desk and one chair since you cannot sit on the balcony.
We hope to be back soon to enjoy the real Southern Hospitality.
