When choosing a lawyer, I was guided by the opinions here, but I failed to win any of the three cases at a given hearing, i.e. raising alimony, limiting contacts and parental authority, and a divorce order due to my husband's fault. My lawyer represented me at the hearing at the Krk Court of Appeal. I also did not receive a specific answer as to why the court made such and no other decisions. I was not at the hearing. I was also misled that I was entitled to alimony, after which it turned out to be groundless. I received the court's verdict 11 months after the trial. After a few phone calls. And only after all this time did I find out that I have some court fees to pay ... I am surprised and disappointed with this situation. The more that your lawyer made a very positive impression, she seemed specific and friendly.
